Terms of service

These terms cover your use of fireattackindustries.com and any order you place with Fire Attack Industries ("FAI," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order from us.

Who we are

Fire Attack Industries is an authorized dealer of FireTech, Redline and Whirl-E-Bird lighting (made by HiViz Lighting, Inc.) and SuppressAll fire suppression products (made by Fire Suppression Industries, LLC). Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Emergency lighting and fire suppression gear is professional equipment. We can refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe it is meant for an unlawful purpose, including making a vehicle look like an authorized emergency vehicle when it is not. You are responsible for knowing which lights and equipment are legal for your vehicle and your area before you order.

Orders and cancellations

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or ship it. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We can refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including a pricing or product information error, a stock problem, a payment we cannot verify, or a purchase that looks meant for an unlawful use. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
  • To cancel an order that has not shipped, contact us right away and we will try to stop it. Once it ships, the return rules in our refund policy apply.
  • If an item is backordered we will tell you.

Prices and fees

  • Prices are in US dollars. Prices can change without notice. The price you see when you check out is the price you pay for that order.
  • We can correct an obvious pricing or product information error, and we can cancel an order that was placed at the wrong price.
  • Some manufacturers set a minimum advertised price (MAP) for their dealers. That means we may not be able to discount certain products or match another seller's advertised price.
  • Tariff fee. FireTech, Redline and Whirl-E-Bird orders include a 1.5 percent tariff fee, shown as its own line in your cart and at checkout. The price on the product page is the product price. The fee is added on top. It is not added to SuppressAll orders. If we approve a return, the tariff fee on the returned items is refunded with the product.
  • Hazmat handling. SuppressAll FS2-MAX, FS4400 and FS8100 ship as hazardous materials (UN3178, flammable solid, Division 4.1). Hazmat handling is built into the shipping price for these units, so there is no separate hazmat fee. They ship by ground to the lower 48 states only.
  • Taxes. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Tax-exempt departments, see our Legal notice for how to set up an exempt account. Duties, import taxes and customs fees on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping and delivery

Our shipping policy is part of these terms. In short: we ship by ground carrier, rates are by order weight and destination, SuppressAll hazmat units have a set all-in shipping price and ship to the lower 48 states only, and international orders are by quote. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather or customs. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

International orders

We do not sell to international addresses at checkout. If you are outside the United States, email info@fireattackindustries.com or call (706) 406-3660 and we will send you a quote. SuppressAll hazmat units and lithium batteries often cannot be shipped abroad at all. You are responsible for duties, taxes, import fees and any import licenses. Products are subject to US export laws, and you agree not to export or re-export anything in violation of them.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Our refund policy is part of these terms, and it follows each manufacturer's published terms. In short: FireTech, Redline and Whirl-E-Bird products can be returned within 30 days if new, unused and unopened, in the original packaging, with an RA number, and with no restocking fee. SuppressAll products cannot be returned once shipped, except when they arrive damaged or are the wrong item and you tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Manufacturer warranties apply to manufacturer products. We do not add any warranty of our own, and the manufacturers' warranties do not cover installation labor. We will help you start a warranty claim. Each manufacturer's warranty terms and links are in the refund policy.

EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE MANUFACTURER'S WRITTEN WARRANTY, PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow this, so it may not fully apply to you.

Manufacturer terms

The manufacturers publish their own terms. HiViz Lighting (FireTech, Redline, Whirl-E-Bird): https://firetechlights.com/policies/terms-of-service and https://whirl-e-bird.com/policies/terms-of-service. Fire Suppression Industries (SuppressAll): the FS2-MAX manual and https://suppressall.com/legal-statement/. If the manufacturer's written terms and our summary differ, the manufacturer's warranty terms control the warranty.

Product information

We try to keep specs, photos, wiring information and manuals accurate, but they come from the manufacturers and can change. Check the manufacturer's manual and confirm fitment, voltage and compatibility for your vehicle before you order and install. If you are not sure, ask us before you buy.

Proper use and installation

Emergency lighting and fire suppression equipment must be installed and used following the manufacturer's instructions and the laws where you operate. Installation must be done by a qualified technician. SuppressAll products are to be operated only by trained personnel and are not a replacement for fire extinguishers required by code or for professional fire response. In an emergency call 911. Do not open, disassemble or modify products. That can void the warranty and can be dangerous.

Limits of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, FAI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THAT INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST USE, VEHICLE OR APPARATUS DOWNTIME, INSTALLATION OR LABOR COSTS, AND PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF A PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER OR PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PRODUCT. For claims about how a product is made or performs, you may need to look to the manufacturer under its warranty. Some states do not allow some of these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Site use, content and privacy

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not scrape it, attack it or try to get into parts you are not meant to see. Text, photos and logos on the site belong to us or the manufacturers. FireTech, Redline, Whirl-E-Bird and SuppressAll are trademarks of their owners. Do not copy them without permission. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
