Shipping policy
We ship FireTech, Redline, Whirl-E-Bird, and SuppressAll gear from our Tennessee locations. Orders usually go out within 1 to 3 business days after payment, not counting weekends and holidays. Custom setups, large orders, and backordered items can take longer, and we will tell you if that happens.
Shipping costs
We ship by ground carrier only. Your shipping charge is based on the total weight of your order and where it is going. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Weight is the shipping weight of the packed order. We do not offer 2-day or overnight shipping at checkout. If you need it faster, call (706) 406-3660 or email info@fireattackindustries.com and we will see what we can do. APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes for heavy or signature-required items, and anything that does not fit the tables above, call or email us for a quote.
SuppressAll hazmat units
SuppressAll FS2-MAX, FS4400, and FS8100 ship as UN3178 (flammable solid, Division 4.1) and need hazmat handling. The $45 hazmat handling is built into the shipping price, so there is no separate hazmat fee. You pay one shipping amount at checkout:

These units ship by ground to the lower 48 states only. We cannot ship them to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States. The SuppressAll FS2 Training Unit, cases, and mounts use the normal weight table above. For batteries, call or email us before you order.
Tariff fee
FireTech, Redline, and Whirl-E-Bird orders include a 1.5 percent tariff fee, shown as its own line in your cart and at checkout. It is not added to SuppressAll orders. The price on the product page is the product price. The tariff fee is added on top. If we approve a return, the tariff fee on the returned items is refunded with the product.
Where we ship
At checkout we ship to addresses in the United States. Hazmat units are limited to the lower 48, as explained above.
We do not sell to international addresses at checkout yet. If you are outside the United States, email info@fireattackindustries.com or call (706) 406-3660 and we will send you a quote that covers freight, export paperwork, and what we can legally ship to your country. Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are paid by the buyer. SuppressAll hazmat units and lithium batteries often cannot be shipped abroad at all.
Delivery times and tracking
Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Some heavy or signature-required items cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package shows up damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos. If it goes missing, contact us and we will work the claim with the carrier.
